As part of our expansion into the Projects market, we are now seeking a driven, forward-thinking salesperson to generate new business and manage an existing pipeline of customers. About Initier Projects Initier Projects operates across three core areas: Facilities Maintenance, Project Delivery, and Packages of Work within the Domestic, Commercial, and Industrial sectors. We are eager to onboard a tenacious sales professional with a passion for market building and personal growth within our new division. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting - Identify new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking. - Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to establish client relationships. Client Meetings & Presentations - Conduct in-person meetings with clients and prospects to present tailored solutions. - Provide presentations that address specific client needs and demonstrate value. Market Research & Analysis - Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities. - Align sales strategies with market demands. Relationship Building - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and support. Sales Pipeline Management - Manage a pipeline of prospects from lead generation through to deal closure. - Regularly update CRM systems with contact information, notes, and activity. Negotiating Contracts - Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements to secure deals. Sales Target Achievement -Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets and KPIs (e.g., revenue, new accounts). - Develop and implement sales strategies to drive results. Reporting & Forecasting - Prepare and submit reports on sales activity, forecasts, and performance metrics to management. - Provide insights into market conditions to refine business strategy. Collaboration with Internal Teams - Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to meet client needs. - Coordinate with customer service to ensure seamless post-sales support. Customer Retention - Maintain strong relationships to foster repeat business. - Identify cross-selling opportunities to expand client relationships. Ideal Candidate - A driven individual with a desire for growth and progression within the company. - 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on lead generation or business development. - Ability to manage a large customer pipeline across various stages. - Keen interest in the Construction/Engineering sector. - Target-oriented and hardworking, with a proven sales track record. - Experience with CRM systems (Vincere experience preferred).
