Job Description
Seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to manage work order progression, from job card processing to invoicing. This role supports operations, maintains strong customer relationships, and ensures smooth administration.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Process and complete work orders, ensuring accuracy in SAP.\n\n * \n\n Send service sheets, raise work orders, and book subcontractors.\n\n * \n\n Process invoices, purchase orders, and consolidate customer charges.\n\n * \n\n Address queries with customers and the Operations Manager.\n\n * \n\n Support audits and generate reports on WIP and performance.\n\n * \n\n Maintain filing systems and input data into SAP.\n\n * \n\n Order and manage parts, subcontractors, and deliveries.\n\n * \n\n Handle general admin tasks, including stationery, petty cash, and calls.\n\nHealth & Safety / Compliance\n\n * \n\n Follow safety guidelines and report hazards.\n\n * \n\n Adhere to ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS18001 standards.\n\n * \n\n Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.\n\nSkills & Experience\n\n * \n\n Customer-focused with strong attention to detail.\n\n * \n\n Good communication and teamwork skills.\n\n * \n\n Financial awareness and IT proficiency (MS Office, SAP preferred).\n\n * \n\n Experience in customer service and data entry (preferred).\n\nQualifications & Attributes\n\n * \n\n General education with problem-solving skills.\n\n * \n\n Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.\n\n * \n\n Strong relationship-building and organizational skills
