The Senior Research and Development Scientist -Advanced Staining Reagents is a key technical contributor to the development of iimmunochemistry technology and advanced staining reagent products. This position forms part of LBS initiative as a leading-edge cancer diagnostics partner with a vision to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives. This position is part of the Research and Development (R&D) team located in Newcastle and will be an on-site, position. You will be a part ofthe Advanced Staining Reagents (ASR) R&D team and report to the R&D Manager. In this role you are a resource for all New Product Development projects and Compliance work performed in the R&D team. The essential requirements of the job include: - Significant prior lab experience within a regulated environment and understanding of IHC techniques. - Possess a Degree in a scientific subject. - Have knowledge of H&S and how this applies to Laboratory environments. - Have experience of project delivery in a high-pressure environment It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: - In depth experience of Immunohistochemistry (IHC). - Experience of working within a regulated environment - A higher degree Join our winning team today.
