Successful high-tech manufacturer requires a Customer Service Representative. Applicants need experience within; customer services, sales, order management, customer fulfilment, logistics or supply chain, ideally in a manufacturing, retail or FMCG
The Customer Service Representative will join a small, but supportive and high-performing team. The role will entail the processing and management of customer orders from placement, through to outbound logistics and delivery. Working closely with the business ERP and CRM system, monitoring stock/inventory levels and provide an effective order management service to the business and it's customers.
Specific duties of the role include:
Relationship building and administrative support in regards to customer accounts
Prepare quotes in ERP system
Generate open order reports for customer and monitor delivery dates
Processing of customer orders in ERP system
Maintenance of customer master data
Liaison with supply chain, warehouse, sales etc. in regards to progress of customer order
Support shipping and outbound logistics activities to the customer
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
Experience in; customer services, order management, fulfilment, supply chain, sales or logistics
Excellent relationship building skills
Strong IT and administrative skills - literacy in ERP, MRP, CRM advantageous
Excellent communication skills
Organised
