Contract Type: Permanent, Hybrid (remote flexibility)
Working Pattern: Part Time, working different days throughtout the week, including some weekend work
Hourly Rate: £11.56
Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound calls to provide information, support, and assistance to customers
Handle customer inquiries and issues in a professional and empathetic manner
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer queries
Coordinate with team to ensure the overall well-being of customers
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating transportation for customers
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and proceduresRequirements:
Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within a similar environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Empathy and sensitivity when dealing with vulnerable populations
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule
