Motor Claims Handler (First Notification of Loss Team)
Warrington
£28,000 basic salary + bonuses
After probation 2 days home working per week
Due to business growth we have 3 brand new opportunities to join a leading claims & insurance firm, specialising in their motor claims division, playing a huge part in motor claims, and coordinating repairs & credit hire for fleet claims we support.
This is a purely customer service focused role, you will answer inbound calls, take down information regarding damage to their fleet vehicles, and what repairs are needed.
* Accept telephone FNOL calls from fleet clients
* Manage the FNOL process with the client to determine the most appropriate actions
* Make a determined liability assessment and consider potential recovery of losses
* Identify any claims that fall within the parameters of policies
* Liaise with in house engineers to understand repair work needed
* Manage the repair process with the approved repair network
* Management of any hire or courtesy car provided during the repair period
* Proactively contact third parties in the event of fault accident to attempt conversion.
