Purpose An opportunity has arisen for a Head Of Brand to join our UK Marketing team and lead one of our Power Brands. Our Power Brands (Richmond and Fridge Raiders) have been on a transformational journey over the past 5 years, diversifying into new categories, evolving their positioning, and strengthening their brand equity. In fact, they have grown 124% and recruited 1.6m new consumers during this time However, the future is even more exciting, as Richmond and Fridge Raiders form a key part of the Pilgrims Europe growth strategy, and this is where you come in. Youll have full end-to-end ownership for one of our Power Brands, so we want you to treat it like your own business, proactively identifying ways to drive growth, owning the commercial and in-market results, and ensuring all initiatives are executed to a consistently high standard. As a result, were looking for someone who will partner with and inspire our agencies and cross-functional teams to achieve our long-term aspirations. Not only that, but youll need to coach your direct reports to achieve their goals, so youll be naturally people-oriented and values-led. Our Brand teams sit at the heart of our business, so youll work with a range of different stakeholders in a variety of functions, as well as our agency partners, collaborating with them to ensure we activate in the market with a bang. Key Accountabilities Create Compelling Consumer Change Plans Set the long-term strategic direction for the Power Brand, ensuring it delivers sustainable commercial growth, and that all initiatives ladder-up to it Development of Excellent Activation Own the overall brand activation plan, ensuring we put sufficient firepower behind our Big Bets, and coaching the team to develop impactful campaigns to a high standard Development of Big, Bold Innovation Lead the Innovation agenda on the Power Brand, ensuring we build and execute consumer-led pipelines, which offer competitive advantage for our business Manage our Brand Portfolio Profitably Own the P&L and in-market performance for the Power Brand, ensuring we deliver against agreed KPIs, and identifying course-corrective action as needed Development of the best Talent: Line management of the Marketing and Innovation teams on the Power Brand, coaching and guiding individuals to deliver against agreed priorities and career aspirations.
