Payroll Administrator Champneys Head Office Contract: Part Time Salary: up to £11.44 per hour Part time - 24 hours per week. Ideal pattern is 3 days from 7, worked between Monday and Friday. The role of the payroll administrator is one that ensures the accuracy of all matters relating to employee payroll and ensures that the People & Culture Systems & Payroll Manager is equipped to run and communicate payroll costs in a timely manner. This role overseas a significant amount of administration so attention to detail is essential. Main duties and responsibilities Champion the Champneys culture, ensuring all colleagues are aware of the aspirations of Champneys and our brand principles. To act as a first point of contact for general questions and queries that come into the office and where necessary escalate them to the senior colleagues in the team. Be responsible for the payroll administration of colleague live in accommodation. Be responsible for the overpayment process. Be responsible for the administration of family leave. Support the HR Administrator with PeopleBank [our applicant tracking system]. Be responsible for the zero-hour worker processes. Ensure electronic personal files are in excellent order and are in line with GDPR regulations. Supporting the People & Culture Systems & Payroll Manager and HR Director with ad hoc reporting, P11ds & PSAs and ad hoc HR & Payroll Reports. Support the HR Team with IR35 requests Essential Skills Attention to detail. Compliance knowledge. At least 6 months in a hands-on payroll role. Problem solving skills and ability to assess numerical data. Confidentiality. Communication and customer service. Desirable Skills and Knowledge CIPP qualified Dayforce experience Experience in hospitality payroll roles. Experience with IR35.
