As a People & Culture Partner, youll be at the forefront of shaping our colleagues’ experience. You will help drive a culture that’s driven by our values: We Are Ambitious, We Take Responsibility, We Show Empathy, and We Are Better Together.
Reporting to the Director of Communications & Engagement, you will partner with managers and work with colleagues to make bpha a great place to work.
What you will be doing:
1. Health & Wellbeing - Lead initiatives to improve colleagues physical, financial, social, and mental wellbeing, aligned with bpha’s Well@Work strategic plan.
2. Lead the Our bpha forum consisting of colleague engagement leads to help engage colleagues and help bpha become a great place to work.
3. Colleague Experience - Help to deliver our people strategy actions, fostering a positive colleague experience and inclusive culture for all.
4. Be the conscience of colleagues and challenge where colleague experience could be better.
5. Colleague Journey - Improve the colleague journey, starting with onboarding, to improve attraction and retention rates.
6. Reward and Benefits - Lead the Reward and Benefits working group to review our suite of benefits and make them right for bpha.
7. Recognition - Lead the Recognition working group to ensure colleagues feel valued and are recognised for their contributions.
8. Colleague voice - Lead the annual colleague engagement survey, including helping turn feedback into team and organisation-wide improvement plans. You will work with leaders and colleagues/stakeholders across the organisation to analyse data and implement positive change initiatives.
9. Communication and Partnerships - Work closely with the communications team, the People team, and the EDI lead in developing an excellent customer experience, including wellbeing.
