About the Role We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in Roofing & Cladding or Sheeting & Dry Lining to join our clients team in North Lanarkshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage on-site operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Oversee material delivery, installation, and quality assurance. Manage and motivate site staff to ensure project milestones are met. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues that arise. Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations and company policies. Provide progress reports to senior management. Requirements: Proven experience in Roofing & Cladding or Sheeting & Dry Lining. Strong leadership and management skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification. First Aid qualification (preferred). Full UK driving license.
