The Role
Due to regional growth within Fortem Solutions we are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to join our team covering our social housing contracts. This role would cover Repairs & Maintenance, Voids and Planned Works workstreams, so experience within one of these is essential.
The Company
Fortem Solutions are a nationwide business specialising in the Social Housing sector. We provide Repairs & Maintenance, Retrofit, Capital Works and Decarbonisation workstreams within Local Authorities and Housing Associations.
Duties & Responsibilities
The Operations Manager role will have direct responsibility for the safe and effective delivery of one of our Social Housing contracts. You will guide and directly manage a team of Senior members of our team.
What You Will Need
1. Essential Experience of managing large scale construction/refurbishment teams
2. Experience of working on Repairs & Maintenance, Voids or Complex/Planned Works social housing contracts
3. NVQ L6 (Construction) or equivalent
4. Experience of managing multi-million-pound construction projects
5. Excellent communication and management skills
