You will receive full training in all aspects of the services we deliver and the equipment used in the processes. There are 3 part-time vacancies covering Monday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Friday. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities (Please see Job Description and Person Specification for more details): Ensure the completion and delivery of tasks relating to incoming and outgoing mail, scanning, indexing of documents and the printing and finishing of staff and Elected Member requests. Maintenance of copier and printing supplies and ensure maximum availability of printers by liaising with third party companies to resolve faults and mechanical issues. Keep accurate records for recharging and monitoring purposes. Assisting in the preparation of ballot boxes and election related materials. Operate photocopier, post room and print finishing equipment. What You’ll Need (Please see Job Description and Person Specification for more details): Excellent communication skills. A commitment to ongoing training. Ability to manage tasks flexibly, using your own initiative as well as being part of a busy team. Experience of working with IT systems.
