As the Multi-Skilled Technician (Shift), you will carry out fault finding, breakdown, and Preventative Maintenance repairs on equipment to ensure minimized downtime and achievement of the production plan.

Your Responsibilities:
* Providing reactive and proactive, multi-skilled service on all operational equipment and infrastructure.
* Improving OEE through TPM and Lean tools, increasing MTBF and reducing MTTR.
* Analyzing equipment reliability, generating solutions for issues on lines and coating lines for prototypes, and initiating improvement projects.
* Conducting investigations into safety and breakdown events using 4CP and RCA techniques.
* Participating in Preventative and Corrective Maintenance Programs to enhance OEE.
* Working safely to minimize equipment downtime.
* Contributing ideas and solutions as a member of the maintenance team.
* Ensuring all work practices comply with current EHS legislation and policies.
Requirements for the Role:
* Qualified to HNC in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering.
* Knowledge of Lean/CI tools (5S, TPM, RCA, PDCA).
* Experience working in a highly regulated COMAH environment.
* Knowledge of Atex/DSEAR maintenance inspection requirements.
