Are you an experienced, CIPD qualified HR Advisor?
We are working with a fantastic people-focused organisation dedicated to making a positive impact, who are looking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor. You would be joining their HR team based in the Gatwick area on a hybrid working arrangement (3 days office, 2 days home). They could consider 4 days per week for the right candidate.
Your responsibilities will be to:
1. Work closely with both managers and staff across the organisation to resolve a variety of employee relations issues when required.
2. Be responsible for liaising with legal advisers for advice on employee relations issues and subsequent communications and compliance.
3. Lead on developing the Group Staff Mental Health Support Strategy.
4. Responsible for the Group Absence Management review and processes alongside the HR Assistant.
5. Support the team in the absence of the HR Director.
6. Support the HR Director and HR team on a variety of Human Resource projects and activities to achieve team and strategic goals.
7. Contribute to the creation and compliance of HR Policies and Procedures.
8. Assist with recruitment, pay reviews, and policy development.
9. Deliver training and facilitate staff development plans.
10. Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Strong HR experience and CIPD qualified (or working towards). This role requires someone with excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills who can engage effectively with employees, managers, and colleagues, as well as proven experience of applying HR policies and procedures.
