Chef de Partie Ideal Profile:
* Comfortable working across all sections of a kitchen as part of a team
* Skilled in preparing and cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients
* Strong awareness of food hygiene and kitchen safety procedures
* Able to work efficiently and follow recipe specifications to ensure consistency
* Proactive in supporting junior team members and contributing to a positive team environment
* Passionate about delivering high-quality dishes that meet a variety of guest needs
Chef de Partie Responsibilities:
* Prepare ingredients and set up your section to ensure smooth service
* Cook dishes to a high standard following established recipes and specifications
* Maintain excellent hygiene and cleanliness throughout your section
* Record wastage accurately and contribute to efficient stock management
* Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless kitchen operation
* Help develop less experienced team members under the guidance of senior chefs
