Position Overview: Due to growth in the team, Linian are looking to onboard a Digital Support Apprentice within their sales and finance team. The candidate will support a variety of departments with digital duties with constant mentoring and training and excellent career progression. Responsibilities: Become a systems expert on our bespoke ERP System – Cin7 – to process sales orders. You will also use Cin7 to manage stock levels and log information Upload and process invoices to finance system, Xero Digital filling using Sharepoint Uploading staff rotas using Breath HR Writing letters on Microsoft Word on behalf of directors (dictated) Communicating internally and externally via email using Microsoft Outlook Note taking and meeting facilitation Person specification: Great attention to detail Analytical thinker Adaptable Team-player Able to prioritise workload, work well under pressure Proactive and eager to learn Working week: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. (37.5hrs a week) Salary: £14,722.50 per annum.
