What you'll be doing:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
Lead and manage the small and talented HR team, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all HR operations.
Oversee talent recruitment, retention, and development programs.
Enhance employee engagement and workplace culture through effective HR policies.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and industry regulations.
Manage TUPE processes effectively.
Provide guidance on performance management and career development.
Lead on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.What we're looking for:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, or CIPD qualification (preferably Level 7, with Level 5 as a minimum).
Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
