We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join a reputable organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in their modern Nottingham office. This role offers a hybrid working model and a competitive salary.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping HR processes, driving internal improvements, and supporting key HR initiatives to align with the business’s strategic objectives. You’ll work closely with senior management and act as a trusted advisor across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and delivering process improvement projects across the HR function
* Providing expert advice on complex employee relations matters
* Supporting the recruitment of senior roles within the organisation
* Managing and advising on maternity, paternity, flexible working requests, and other HR matters
* Partnering with various departments to ensure HR practices meet business needs and regulatory requirements
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong generalist HR experience with a proven track record in senior-level HR support
* Demonstrated experience in change management and process improvement
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
* Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and best practices
