Ceetech Ltd have an exciting opportunity for a Project Support Coordinator to join the team based in Altrincham, UK. This is a permanent, full time role, working 8-5pm Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
The role would be to support the Project managers in initiating and managing administration for Electrical and Mechanical projects inclusive of the below:
* Communicating through a shared inbox to react to projects requests and prioritise accordingly.
* Ensuring purchase orders, quotations and invoices are raised and communicated to suppliers and clients.
* Arranging travel and hotels for engineers.
* Administration for commercial environments – such as UK Airports.
* Ensuring client enquiries and issues are dealt with correctly, including escalating to the correct member of staff and seeing through until completion.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Highly motivated and enthusiastic in a fast-paced environment.
* Able to manage work effectively and can prioritise workload in a reactive situation.
* Be able to work off own initiative..
* Positive and professional telephone manner.
* Effective communication, both written and verbal.
* Microsoft office (excel, word).
* Previous experience within construction or electrical industry would be advantageous but not essential.

* Salary ranges from £25,000 to £27,000 per annum depending on experience
