What You’ll Do:
* Deliver an outstanding front-of-house experience, ensuring all colleagues, clients, and visitors receive a warm and professional welcome.
* Manage and coordinate meeting rooms, ensuring seamless scheduling, set-up, and tech support.
* Oversee office facilities, ensuring a smooth-running, well-maintained, and stocked work environment.
* Collaborate with leadership teams, external contractors, and facilities management to uphold high service standards.
* Support internal events, including client meetings, seminars, and induction days.
