Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (Range depends on experience) + Bonus & Benefits

The Role
We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager / Customer Success Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of B2B clients, ensuring they achieve success with our software. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships, increasing retention, and identifying opportunities for expansion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of B2B clients
2. Build strong relationships and become a trusted advisor, ensuring clients maximise value from our software
3. Proactively manage client retention and prevent churn through engagement strategies
4. Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities to drive revenue growth
5. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to improve customer experience
6. Analyse customer usage data to identify trends and improve adoption
7. Lead business review meetings with key stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
* 2-5+ years of experience in Account Management / Customer Success (ideally within SaaS or Tech)
* Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients and deliver value-driven solutions
* Strong commercial awareness with a track record of driving renewals & expansion
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Data-driven approach to tracking success metrics and customer engagement
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment
