Business Development & Bid Coordinator at Architecture Practice – London

This design-led studio is seeking a Business Development & Bid Coordinator to join their London team, where you’ll play a crucial role in securing high-profile projects and driving business growth.
Working closely with the Communications Team, you will be responsible for coordinating the practice’s business development and bid process. This will include managing SQ, RFP, and ITT submissions, as well as preparing architectural presentations that effectively showcase the studio’s expertise and design excellence. You’ll collaborate with architects and senior leadership, ensuring each submission is of the highest quality and aligns with the studio’s strategic goals.
This is an exciting and demanding role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working to tight deadlines. You will need to be highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team. A strong interest in architecture is essential, as is at least two years of experience in a similar role. Excellent proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is required, with experience in Creative Cloud (CC) preferred.
