Research & Insights Specialist – Live Entertainment Industry
Location: London, hybrid

A global live entertainment group is looking for a Research & Insights Specialist to join their team in London. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in understanding festival audiences, supporting brand partnerships, and shaping marketing strategies.
This role will suit an SRE/RM level researcher working in a research agency, media agency or a clientside insight team (where you’re hands-on with research)
What you’ll be doing:
️ Leading research projects to analyse audience behaviour and festival experiences.
Using data to support sponsorships, marketing campaigns, and commercial opportunities.
Conducting post-event analysis to assess the impact of brand partnerships.
Helping to create audience profiles, segmentation models, and strategic insights.
Collaborating with teams across different festival brands and regions.
What we’re looking for:
✔️ 3-5 years of experience in quantitative market research
✔️ Qualitative research skills are a plus.
✔️ Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
✔️ Passion for live events, festivals, and audience engagement.
✔️ Bonus : Experience with audience research platforms (GWI, YouGov) or media valuation methodologies.
