Summary
We are currently seeking an L&D Advisor to join our team who will support the Group Head of Learning and Development deliver the Group L&D strategy. Working with the wider team, the L&D Advisor will deliver a broad range of innovative development solutions which supports our business. Working across the full training cycle with particular focus on internal programmes, both face to face and digital.

Key Deliverables
* Based on business need and agreed priorities, design, and deliver a broad range of learning solutions e.g. classroom courses, eLearning, online Masterclasses, etc.
* Develop forward plan for Group L&D workshops and programmes, managing the planning and delivery of Masterclasses, Personal Development Workshops, People Leader Programme, Team Development and future products.
* Deliver first level leader and professional development workshops, Masterclasses, Lumina team sessions and other ad hoc training modules.
* Complete evaluation activities, reviewing reports and making recommendations for change and continuous improvement.
* Supporting the business to achieve relevant accreditations i.e. Investors in People.
* Work with L&D Partners to understand business learning and development needs, facilitating the most appropriate solutions.
* Support additional Group Learning and Development projects as required, including Mandatory Training and Learning Governance.
* Review and manage eLearning content, making improvements and updates as required, and supporting SME’s in the creation of new eLearning content, using eLearning tools and providers so outputs are in line with business needs.
* Work with key stakeholders across the business, including wider HR, developing strong relationships as a trusted advisor to support, scope and design learning solutions.
What We Are Looking For:
* Previously in a similar Learning and Development position.
* Good understanding of theory and application of learning models.
* Experience in design and delivery of face-to-face training, including classroom, virtual and eLearning.
Ideally:
* Experience working with learning management systems.
* Lumina Practitioner / Personality (or equivalent).
