Job description Overview Our client is currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join a small privately owned Construction company who specialize in high end residential and a variety of other commercial / community projects.. The role is intrinsic to the company and pivotal to delivering the growth targets to double in turnover in the next 3 years. Responsibilities Project delivery of several projects at any given time Involvement with overall Project delivery, including programming and information control, arranging subcontractors, dealing with suppliers, architects, designers and clients to keep projects running smoothly and to schedule Liaise with suppliers for the procurement of raw materials on a job specific basis Occasional site visits Experience Proven experience in a project coordination role or similar position is essential. Document Control Strong Organizational skills Proven experience working in the construction industry.
