We are recruiting for experienced, reliable and well qualified electricians to join our team. The successful candidate will possess a proven track record in electrical works, have great problem-solving abilities and can effectively work with a team to deliver high-quality workmanship to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Periodic testing in domestic properties
* Completion of remedial works following EICRs
* PAT testing
* Electrical Heating repair
Required Technical Knowledge / Qualifications:
* Has good knowledge of all domestic electrical regulations and associated equipment within BS7671.
* 18th Edition
* City & Guilds 2391
Is fully proficient in:
* Carrying out EICRs
* Installation and repair of various electrical installations
* Electrical controls and circuits
* Fault finding on electrical circuits
* Completing small quotes
* Completing condition reports
* Ensuring high levels of customer care in dealing with clients and tenants to meet the required quality standards.
* Communicate updates and progress of work, completing the required paperwork electronically and manually.
* Ensure all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and COSHH Records, are adhered to during your daily work.
* To comply with parts ordering and auditing procedures so relevant parts are available to fulfil job requirements.
