We are looking for a full-time trainee legal secretary to join our team.
The successful applicant will initially provide a full range of professional office support services. Full training and assistance will be given.
Duties
1. Handling incoming mail
2. Forwarding incoming e-mails and faxes
3. Printing and putting together court bundles
4. Audio and copy typing
5. Preparation of legal documents, including sewing Wills and binding documents
6. Photocopying and scanning of documents
7. Filing
8. Archiving
9. Researching
10. Reception and associated tasks, including telephone calls and greeting clients
36.25 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
