Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker One Vacancy Available Salary: £25,394 to £29,418 per annum (Based on 35 Hours) 30 Hours Per Week Location: Kidderminster Short Breaks, Moule Close Permanent, Part-time The Role: Kidderminster short breaks provides specialist day care and overnight stays for children and young people with learning disabilities, Autism or Challenging behaviour between the ages of 5-17 years old. As a senior Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting the homes management team, supporting, and giving clear guidance to residential support workers, and enabling opportunities for the children and young people in the home to achieve their goals and optimise their potential. You will work directly with children and young people, building effective relationship with them and their families and multi-agency professionals.
