What You’ll Do: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for client’s post-installation, ensuring their systems are running at peak performance. Get hands-on by diagnosing and solving issues within your designated geographical area. Work with engineering and customer service teams to resolve client concerns efficiently and deliver the best service possible. Document recurring issues and provide feedback to improve our products, driving innovation. Help clients understand how to use and maintain their systems to ensure long-term success. What We’re Looking For: HNC/HND or a bachelor’s degree in engineering. Proven track record in technical support or engineering, ideally within the renewable energy sector. Strong problem-solving abilities, technical aptitude, and proficiency with diagnostic tools. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex issues in an easy-to-understand way.
