This is a hybrid role, and you will share your time between our city centre office in Leeds and from home, so you’ll need to have the ability to work from home. The Role The role involves providing clear, concise legal advice over the telephone to people from a variety of backgrounds. There will be a mixture of inbound and outbound calls across a range of legal areas. You’ll need to ensure accurate recording on our case management system as well as keep your legal knowledge up to date. The Team You will be joining an established team of approximately 20 friendly advisors dealing with a range of legal queries. You will work alongside experienced advisors who will provide support and coaching on an ongoing basis. We have teams based in city centre offices in Bristol and Leeds. We’re looking for people who: Have an excellent telephone manner. Enjoy helping others. Can deliver accurate legal advice in an efficient manner. Pay close attention to detail. Remain calm while thinking on your feet. Are a team player. Have the ability to use your initiative and work to strict deadlines.
