We're looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator to keep Grantham House in tiptop condition and running smoothly for all the people who visit and love the place.

You'll work 22.5 hours over 3 days and weekends will be included on a rota bases.

What it's like to work here
Reporting to the Senior Facilities Co-Ordinator, you'll generally work from 9:00am - 5:30pm. However these, times will change to fit in with Grantham House opening times across the year and there will be requirements to work outside of these hours.
What you'll be doing
Working as part of a busy Facilities team, you'll be providing efficient and effective facilities management across a wide range of buildings and infrastructure within the South Lincolnshire portfolio. You'll be based at Grantham House, but will provide support to Woolsthorpe Manor, and Belton House when needed.
Your main day to day focus will be supporting the operational management of compliance, infrastructure and building maintenance, including contractors’ management in line with appropriate CDM requirements. Additionally support fire safety, emergency planning and procedures security health and safety and risk management in general.
You’ll be making sure that Grantham House operates as it should by running an efficient effective and flexible facilities service. You’ll help the portfolio team to meet their goals by keeping standards high. You’ll be helping with maintenance and repairs cleaning of the facilities (reactive as planned and preventative maintenance).
