* Generate and process Purchase Orders for industry components
* Work with suppliers to manage lead times and MOQs to optimize inventory levels
* Handle administrative duties in ERP/MRP systems and order tracking
* Communicate with internal teams to align order status with inventory needs
* Monitor open orders and resolve supplier delays or shortages
* Contribute to process improvements for procurement and planning efficiencies
Prior ERP/MRP experience is preferred, strong communication and organizational skills are required.
