About the Role
We deliver a family centred service, which enables individuals, families, and communities to achieve their optimum physical, psychological, educational, and emotional wellbeing through a public health approach. We are excited to be involved in the new Family Hub model which will continue to build on our partnership working with other agencies including Early Years teams, Early Help, Housing and Social Care. We work within a variety of settings such as clinics, nurseries and family homes, no two days are the same. This role offers a genuine opportunity to make a positive impact on families.
We provide a comprehensive induction/training package.
Continuous NHS Service is recognised, your NMC annual fees are paid by Lincolnshire County Council and have access to the NHS pension scheme.
About You
You must be a registered nurse (paediatric/adult/mental health/learning disabilities) with a current NMC registration. Visits are required so you must be able to travel across the county.
What are we looking for?
* A good understanding of children’s safeguarding
* An individual who can be proactive and work autonomously as well as part of a team
* Excellent organisational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* A good understanding of clinical governance and the CQC (Care Quality Commission) standards for community practice.
* To be able to work in a changing environment and have the skills to support others in that situation.
* To be committed to working collaboratively and in partnership with Early Help and Social Care colleagues to improve outcomes of children and young people.
Above all else you need to have a positive "can do" attitude and be passionate about making a difference for the children and young people of Lincolnshire
