As Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of paid media strategies across various platforms, including social media, SEO, Google Ads and other digital channels.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, explicitly maximising ticket sales and fan engagement
Continuously optimising paid media performance through real-time data analysis, audience segmentation and fan behaviour insights
Adapting campaign strategies based on real-time shifts in ticket sales, event line-up changes, and fan feedback
Leading the evolution and integration of the marketing tech stack, ensuring it supports real-time optimisation and seamless data flow between CRM, analytics, and ad platforms
Delivering insights on campaign performance, optimisation and critical trends to internal stakeholders, focusing on driving revenue growth and fan engagement
