About the Role:
Looking for a motivated and technically proficient Sales Specialist to help grow presence in the biotech, pharmaceutical, and academic research sectors. Reporting to the Sales Director.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and connect with key prospects across research institutions, biotech companies, and pharmaceutical organisations to drive new business.
* Consistently meet or exceed sales goals set by the Sales Director.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients, ensuring a smooth and effective sales process.
* Foster long-term partnerships by understanding client needs, optimising workflows, and delivering customised solutions.
* Manage pricing discussions and contract negotiations to secure profitable agreements.
* Work closely with marketing, product, and applications teams to align efforts and enhance customer engagement.
* Strengthen brand presence by attending and contributing to industry conferences, networking events, and training sessions.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
* 5+ years of experience in a sales role in the Biotech Biopharma Sector
* Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology or a related scientific field.
* Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region (up to 50%).
* Full driving license and valid passport.
* Right to work in the UK.
