Our client is changing how organisations implement and optimise Microsoft Modern Workplace and Security solutions.
You will be a key player in driving customer success and business growth. This role offers the opportunity to manage and grow a large portfolio of existing accounts, with a focus on building long-term relationships and ensuring clients achieve their strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Take ownership of a diverse portfolio of customer accounts, focusing on nurturing relationships, understanding their business needs, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction with their solutions.
2. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Microsoft Modern Workplace and Security services, driving revenue growth within your accounts.
3. Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the adoption and optimization of Microsoft technologies, ensuring they realize the full value of their investments.
4. Work closely with internal teams, including technical consultants, project managers, and marketing, to deliver seamless service and support to your accounts.
5. Develop and execute account plans that align with both the customer’s business objectives and our company’s growth targets.
Required Experience:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, managing and growing customer accounts in the IT sector.
2. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions.
3. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Security services.
4. Demonstrated success in identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
