We are seeking enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) and Teaching Assistants (TAs) to support a fantastic SEN school in Chelmsford. Both primary and secondary positions are available.
- Providing one-on-one and group support to students with SEN.
- Assisting in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and classroom activities.
- Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborating with teachers and therapists to support students' academic and emotional development.
- Being a source of motivation and positivity for the students.
