A well-established British retail brand, known for its high-quality fashion, homeware, and accessories, is looking for a Hebrew-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join the team in Manchester. Along with a salary of £30,026.88 per annum, you will also receive hybrid working (1-day per week from home) and fully structured onsite training.

As Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
* Providing a top-tier service via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and live chat
* Assisting with enquiries, including account issues and order tracking
* Building trust and establishing a strong rapport
* Actively listening to understand needs and provide effective solutions
* Solving problems efficiently while ensuring high levels of satisfaction
* Focusing purely on service - no sales targets involved
We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor with:
* Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a contact centre or customer-facing role
* Fluent in both Hebrew and English (spoken and written)
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others
* Strong literacy and numeracy skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Eligibility to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available for this role
Shifts Available:
* Monday to Thursday 6am - 2pm & Sunday 7am - 3pm (36 hours per week)
* Monday to Thursday 11am - 7pm & Sunday 10am - 6pm (36 hours per week)
* Training: Monday 24th February 2025 - Friday 7th March 2025 (Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm, onsite)
