We have an opportunity for a Holidays Team Leader to support the delivery of our Holiday Cottages operation in Wicken Fen.
Hours: 2 hours a week
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £11.88 an hour
Interview date: Wednesday 26th February
Internally you'll be known as 'Holidays Operation Team Leader'.

What you'll be doing
You'll support with the delivery of Health and Safety compliance and be familiar with working to risk assessments, COSHH procedures, accident reporting, and fire safety. You'll assist in coordinating maintenance work and repairs to ensure our cottages look their best for our guests and that all our guest materials are up to date.
You'll assist the Holidays Manager and the Holiday Assistant Managers in the area to deliver an efficient, effective and flexible service ensuring cover for changeovers and delivery of exceptional standards in line with the NT Holidays change over guide.

Who we're looking for
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
practical experience in an operational role in a holiday operating environment
a good understanding of necessary standards of housekeeping, presentation and maintenance
some supervisory experience, good people skills, confidence dealing with a variety of situations including incidents and complaints
