What You'll Be Doing: Engage with potential customers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms to generate leads and book appointments. Follow up on warm leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into sales appointments. Handle both inbound and outbound sales calls. Keep the CRM system updated with accurate customer information. Support the sales team by booking appointments, tracking activities, generating reports, and assisting with marketing efforts. Get involved in social media and marketing campaigns, helping to promote the business. Occasionally attend client visits and networking events. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in B2B telesales/telemarketing is great, but not essential —we’re happy to train the right person A positive, confident, and proactive attitude towards sales and customer service. Willingness to learn and develop new skills in a sales environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience using CRM systems and office applications is a plus. Why Join Us?
