Job summary The Charity Fundraiser will join an award winning Charity, to lead and develop the charities' fundraising plans and income generation. This role will be varied and no two days are the same. With some contact with patients gathering stories and understanding fundraising motivations. The role will include event planning and attendance, community fundraising, corporate fundraising, individual giving, legacy and in memory fundraising. Main duties of the job As the Charity Fundraiser, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the fundraising strategy which will engage our workforce and grateful patients with the opportunity to give back and support their local acute hospitals charity. You will cultivate meaningful and long-lasting relationships with donors and fundraisers which will lead to future support. You will oversee all aspects of our income generation. This role is varied and requires you to be able to adapt to different situations and scenarios. About us Pilgrim Hospital is situated beautiful countryside and serves the communities in the South Lincolnshire area. It provides all major specialties and a 24-hour major accident and emergency service. Grantham and District Hospital serves the communities of Grantham and the local area. It provides ambulatory paediatric and accident and emergency services.
