TP Tutors works with Local Authorities, Schools, and Alternative Provisions to provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN/SEND and SEMH needs. Join our team of patient and understanding tutors, and help empower and inspire learners to achieve their goals.
The Role:
* Delivering 1:1 tuition sessions covering core subjects both in person and via our virtual portal.
* Planning suitable sessions to support students towards their goals.
* Assessing and tracking student progress.
* Maintaining open communication with guardians and case workers to ensure students receive the best support.
Our Ideal Tutor:
* Experience working with children or young people.
* Ability to plan and deliver engaging sessions across core and cross-curricular subjects.
* Proactive and driven to help pupils catch up academically.
* Knowledge and application of behaviour management strategies.
* Organized and thorough, ensuring pupils stay on track to meet their learning goals.
* A dedicated consultant available to discuss current or future roles with you.
* Payment processed in-house, with no fees from umbrella companies.

All applicants must undergo background checks and hold a current DBS certificate (registered on the update service). If you do not have a DBS, TP Tutors can assist with your application.

All pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanence later.
