We are looking for a talented Campaign Manager to create innovative multichannel campaigns focused on employee benefits, predominantly targeting employees whose employers have signed up our employee benefits platform. Reporting to the Senior Product Marketing Manager, this is an exciting time to join a high performing marketing team. Our Employee Benefits business is undergoing a period of acceleration and growth. We are market leaders with the UK’s 1 cycle to work benefit, Cyclescheme, and our ambition is to become a leading player in the UK benefits market. We launched BHN Extras, a benefits platform in 2021 which allows employers to offer their employees an expanding range of benefits at no cost. An outstanding Campaign Marketing Manager will be someone whose expertise results in creating and executing campaigns that build awareness, deliver new employer acquisition and drive take up and use of those benefits by their employees. This high-energy role will suit someone who wants to make an immediate impact, take ownership of multiple marketing channels and wants to have headroom to grow. Campaign strategy development (GTM): Responsible for creating comprehensive campaign plans that outline campaign objectives and timelines to effectively launch and promote product(s) to the target audience. Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns that align with the GTM strategy, using the appropriate channels (comms, socials, paid media, product websites) Product Engagement Channel Ownership: Plan and execute employee content across Cyclescheme and bYond to increase product awareness and engagement. Campaign Sales Enablement: Deployment of client toolkits to align with marketing campaigns for Account Management team, including posters, flyers, social tiles, digital screens etc (Employee and Employer facing) Paid Media Campaign Assets: Development of creative campaign & seasonal assets for deployment across paid media channels in coordination with the Digital Marketing Manager Retailer Promotions: Own a promotions calendar and work cross-functionally with Content Partner team to secure retailer promotions, to maximise customer engagement and drive brand awareness. Seasonal Campaigns: Ownership and execution of seasonal campaigns (i.e Cycle to Work/Back to School/Black Friday/Christmas) Email Marketing: Ownership of comms to promote all products to tie with campaigns, promotions, and seasonal events, including newsletters. Video Execution: Development of video campaign content to drive increased engagement Reporting & Performance Analysis: Analyse all campaign performance to measure effectiveness and create post-campaign reports that detail successes, challenges, campaign learnings, and recommendations for future campaigns. 5 years of campaign marketing experience targeting a broad range of market segments B2B2C & B2C. Demonstrable experience delivering multichannel digital campaigns which leverage a full range of tactics and channels including paid media. Data driven with strong analytical skills Advanced ability to drive creativity and innovation. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively work with multiple stakeholders and teams to enable the effective execution of campaigns. Hands-on experience with marketing technology stacks such as Emarsys, MailChimp or similar. Excellent time management, project management and organisational skills.
