So, what's the gig?
Managing the performance of FM contracts across property maintenance, grounds and landscaping, cleaning and hygiene, etc.
Responding to complaints about service levels and taking a proactive approach to ensure they don't happen again
Taking a high energy approach to the role, bringing your team along too, looking at ways to continuously improve the service
Overseeing FM budgets and service charge budgets, SLA's for contracts and regular supplier performance reviewsWhat you'll get in return:
