Duties
1. Manage and supervise staff in all areas of the restaurant, including front of house and bar.
2. Train and develop employees to ensure consistent service and menu knowledge.
3. Monitor and control inventory and expenses to meet financial goals.
4. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
5. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
6. Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
7. Oversee scheduling and payroll for all staff members.
Experience
1. Proven experience in a managerial role or similar position within the industry.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams towards achieving goals.
3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
4. Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
5. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation.
6. Experience in budget management and resource allocation is advantageous.
7. Familiarity with relevant software applications that enhance operational efficiency.

Pay: £25,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
