Delivery Consultant - Financial Services Recruitment

Lutine Bell is a growing Recruitment Consultancy based in Sussex, working with a range of financial services companies across the UK & Europe, providing specialist senior recruitment solutions within the Audit, Finance, Risk Management, Compliance, and Legal sectors.
Due to considerable growth and demand in the business, we have an exciting opportunity for Delivery Consultants to join our Audit & Finance, Compliance, Risk & Legal recruitment teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Industry sector / client / candidate mapping and research
2. Approaching candidates & gathering initial information
3. Managing the candidates' recruitment cycle
4. Working closely with the senior consultants, candidates, and clients
5. Arranging and participating in candidate interviews and client meetings
6. Project managing assignments alongside the lead consultant, sharing market intelligence, and raising any challenges or successes identified
7. Supporting several assignments at a time and prioritizing roles effectively while building your own network and experience
Requirements:
1. A confident, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial sales professional with the tenacity and resilience to thrive in a competitive environment
2. 2 years of experience in recruitment; experience in the cited sectors is a plus
3. A highly organized individual able to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
4. Outstanding communication skills
5. Outstanding presentation skills - both in person, over the phone, and in writing
6. A team player who ensures a high level of internal communication, celebrates success, and supports other members of the team and the business when required
