Mechanical Project Manager – Data Centre – What’s expected?
This project is based in Slough, with a £13.5m M&E value starting in early 2024. You will be predominantly based on site with some hybrid working, depending on the project.
As the project manager, you will be expected to:
1. Take full financial and delivery responsibility.
2. Carry out financial forecasting and reporting of cost, sales, gross profit, and risk.
3. Manage direct and indirect resources, supply chain, plant, materials, and logistics.
4. Ensure that records, data, and systems are maintained up to date and in accordance with standards, policies, and procedures.
The team consists of yourself, a QS, a project engineer, and equivalent opposite numbers regarding the electrical side.
Mechanical Project Manager – Data Centre – What’s needed?
While data centre experience is not required for an interview, we are looking for specific qualifications:
1. Critical Infrastructure experience (Critical plant / Pharmaceutical / Hospitals)
2. HNC, HND, or Degree in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering
3. SMSTS
4. Black CSCS
5. First Aid
6. Full Driving Licence

You will receive a salary of £75,000 - £80,000 along with a package that includes:
1. £5,000 Car Allowance
