Due to company growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a System Trainer to join Lloyd Motor Group.
The Systems Trainer role will focus on delivering high-quality training for our in-house iLloyd system. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Lloyd Motor Group to provide step-by-step guidance, support positive changes, and ensure excellent service delivery.
As the 'systems expert', you will identify training needs, create materials, deliver clear training to groups or individuals, and address knowledge gaps. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and promote best practices will be the key to success in this role.
Salary:
£40,000 DOE plus Company Car
Hours:
09:00 – 17:30 Monday – Friday; however, due to the nature of the role, candidates must be flexible.
This is a hybrid role, allowing candidates the flexibility to work from home or in the office. However, candidates must be willing and able to travel to various locations as required by the work schedule.
Role responsibilities:
1. Develop and update training materials and support guides.
2. Travel between our site locations to provide personalized one-on-one training and deliver group training programs.
3. Communicate complex and evolving technical information effectively to our user base.
4. Maintain a thorough understanding of company technology and stay up to date with new features being developed by our software team.
5. Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to influence and challenge positively.
6. Provide Microsoft training to aid with any transitions.
7. Ensure all colleagues are fully equipped with the necessary IT skills to perform their role to the required standards as set by the organisation.
8. Stay informed about company updates and plan any necessary training as needed.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences:
1. Proven experience delivering systems training across an organisation.
2. Experience in the creation and development of training materials.
3. Preferably experience in delivering systems training confidently in both classroom and virtual environments.
4. Excellent written and communication skills.
5. Able to adapt training based on different learner paces and styles, and providing support accordingly.
6. Understanding of Kerridge REV 8 desirable but not essential.
7. 3+ years experience in a similar role.
8. Knowledge of the motor trade would be advantageous.
9. Strong experience of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Office.
10. UK Driving Licence.
