From September 2025, girls will be welcomed into the Pre-Prep (Reception, Year 1 and Year 2) and will then progress through the school year by year. We are seeking to appoint a Junior Network Technician, to be responsible for the day-to-day routine efficient delivery of network support to the school, ensuring best practice and providing a friendly first response. Key responsibilities and accountabilities: Assist users with troubleshooting basic IT issues (e.g., password resets, software installations) Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues Ensure that all equipment and software is securely stored and that all other aspects of IT security, such as passwords, are managed responsibly Assist with stock levels of MFPs “Multi-Function Printers” and providing in person guidance Support the IT team with various projects and tasks as needed Other duties: Demonstrate commitment to own ongoing professional development, through formal and external means, and the school’s performance management scheme Promote the ethos of the School with all stakeholders including staff, pupils, parents, governors, and business partners Undertake any other reasonable IT related tasks as directed, across a range of functions The full job description is contained within the Candidate Pack.
