* Assist in maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the premises.
You bring:
* Calmness under pressure with excellent communication skills.
* A passion for supporting the most vulnerable in society, with relevant experience in public service or military.
* Sociability and interest in people, using insights to spot changes in behaviour.
* Confidence to intervene sensitively when necessary.
* A team player with the ability to work independently, backed by our wider team including our out-of-hours emergency support team.
* A vehicle insured for business purposes; we’ll cover your mileage!

* Participation in daytime training and team meetings.
* Ability to use technology to monitor CCTV and update records.
* Completion of an Enhanced DBS check (we pay for this).
What’s in it for you?
* 34 days leave (including bank holidays and a “me day”) increasing to 39, plus time off for volunteering.
* Health cash plan covering costs for dental, optical, prescriptions, and more.
* Access to over 800 high street discounts on groceries, holidays, and more.
* Opportunities for career growth within the organization.
* A supportive environment recognized for its commitment to colleague wellbeing.
